Structure of the Irregular verbs:
+ I/YOU/HE/SHE/IT/WE/YOU/THEY + IRREGULAR VERB PAST FORM. EAT=ATE SEE=SAW WRITE=WROTE
Examples: She ate a pizza last night. They saw the dog last weekend. I wrote a letter to my friend last night.
- I/YOU/HE/SHE/IT/WE/YOU/THEY + DID NOT (DIDN´T)+ IRREGULAR VERB IN INFINITIVE WITHOUT TO
Examples: She didn´t eat pizza last night. They didn´t see the dog last weekend. I didn´t write the letter to my friend last night.
? WH- + DID+ SUBJECT+IRREGULAR VERB IN INFINITIVE WITHOUT TO?
Examples: Did she eat pizza last night? Yes, she did/No, she didn´t.
Did they see the dog last weekend? Yes, they did/No, they didn´t.
Did I write the letter to my friend last night? Yes, I did/No, I didn´t.
USED TO (SOLÍA/SOLÍAMOS...) Funciona como un verbo regular en pasado.

Examples:
I used to have long hair when I was a child. (Yo solía tener el pelo largo cuando era un niño)
Mary used to be a good student five years ago. (Mary solía ser una buena estudiante hace cinco años)
